Salad CSA Share

If grocery store clam shells of old spinach, soggy bags of salad mix, or often recalled big box romaine lettuces make you sad, try our salad CSA. You can see and taste the difference, our greens have excellent shelf life and tons of flavor.

You can join our salad CSA for the full 22 weeks (June-October) or for the summer (June-August) or fall (September-October). You can pick up your weekly CSA share at the farm on Tuesdays between 3:30-5:30pm, or at the Kennett Square Farmers Market on Fridays from 3-6pm, or add delivery to your purchase and have your share left right at your house on Wednesday afternoons!

This is a good fit for households that eat a salad most days of the week.

For $22/week you will receive:

  • 2-4 heads of our beautiful crisp Butterhead lettuce or occasionally romaine

  • 1-2 bags of arugula or power greens mix or spinach (June, September and October only)

  • 1-2 extras that are great on salads (ex: carrots, radishes, red bell peppers, salad turnips, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes)

  • Occasionally a bunch of our lacinato kale or a bag of foraged watercress
